How often are Service Areas updated?

On average we update our service areas every 30 to 60 days. If you have choose to subscribe to our newsletter, which we recommend, you will be notified ahead of any service area updates. This means that you can in pratice cache this list of a reasonable long period of time.

What is the difference between net price and gross price?

Net price is the base price of the line item and gross price is the net price plus dealer fees.

Are net and gross price both required when submitting a project?

When you submit a project you only need to specify one of the four values unitNetPrice, unitGrossPrice, netPrice, or grossPrice. The API will calculate and fill in the missing values. If you pass in additional values the API will use those values and only calculate the missing ones.
